The Viewing Process
The Viewing Process is designed to make exploring properties seamless and enjoyable. Once we've identified options that match your criteria, we curate a personalized Viewing Package tailored to your needs. This includes round-trip airport transportation, accommodations of your choice, a dedicated personal concierge, and your agent by your side to guide you through the properties you've selected. Our goal is to provide a stress-free, professional experience that allows you to focus on finding the perfect investment or home while we handle all the details.
The Purchase
The Purchase process begins with a written offer accompanied by a $5,000 earnest money deposit to secure your intent. Once the offer is accepted, 20% of the purchase price is due within 10 days, ensuring commitment and progress toward closing. The remaining balance is then paid according to the property's specific expectations and contractual terms. This structured approach provides transparency, protects your investment, and ensures all parties move forward with confidence toward finalizing ownership.
